Exclamation amp +sub question

i have a mono alpine amp and i sony 4 channel and i was wonderin if you can use to rear channel for the sub like connect the mono and the rear channel for more power for the sub can that be done

do you mean you want to use both the mono amp and the rear channels from the 4 channel to power the same sub? no, do not do that.

Powering a speaker with 2 amps is bad, mmkay? I had someone come to me one day and ask why their amps fried. I looked and he had 2 amps piggy-backed(one straight into another, then to the speaker........) I would've smacked him, but the ass chewing was enough(One amp was MINE!!!)

Why don't you just use the 4 channel amp to run the inside speakers hooked to the front rca output on your amp and use the mono amp to push your sub only hooked to the rear rca output of your headunit?

you CAN put two different amps on one speaker ... each on one side of a dual voice coil sub, but you better know what you are doing. And NEVER put the output of one amp into the input of another.
