Core Supports reassembly Help

I am about to replace my core support on my civic 95 with the 4-door body style. Has anyone did it before, and my biggest concer is is it welded to the chassi frame? I almost got it out, but I don't see more bolts and I as wondering if I have to cut it. Thanks
