Question LOW RPM AT IDLE After Timing Belt Change

I have a question.

I just change my timing belt on my 95 Talon FWD Turbo.

Car started fine. After it warmed up, I reved it up to 4K rpm and all fine so far except for now at idle, my rpm's are at around 500 to 600 rpm.

Any idea's on adjustment?

Thanks.

Bump.

I have the same problem and have had it for a while. Sometimes it'll kinda die out too, but it's not the IAC.

Mine did that too. It kinda worked itself out in my case. I bounced around (unplugged IAC ) but it still was low. Eventually it went to rock solid at 700-800.

Re: LOW RPM AT IDLE After Timing Belt Change

Mine runs all right, but the idle is rough. It used to idle right at 1,000RPMs, which I was ok with because it was a solid idle. Now after the timing belt, it kinda bounces around and shuts down even sometimes when it's cold. When I drove my NT Eclipse, the IAC went out, and it behaved a little differently than what mine is doing now, but I could still check it out since I have a new one lying around. Seems to be a common problem after timing belt change, so that's why I don't think it's the IAC.
