Very interesting item on Ebay

Here's an item which i am interested about, (not enough to buy it, lol) its a collecters version of the mclaren f1 road car brochure, and i was wondering if anyone had any information about it and the differences between this version and the more common version, other than this version has a steel enamel mclaren badge on the front and i think has more pages than the more common version, and its more rare to see one, but most normal mclaren f1 road car brochures go for roughly £250 (and i thought that was expensive), but this brochure is going for (so far) £4,100!! (this equates to $7700), so if any one has more information a reply would be much appriciated thanks.

It's the exact same brochure as far as contents are concerned. The hardbound versions are extremely rare, but that price seems unjustified.
