Hard to start 96 4.3

Hi,

Heres the problem. It started fine cold but if the motor was hot it cranked a lot before starting. Now a week later it wont start at all. I have checked the fuel pressure and its fine. It will also start and run if you pour a little gas down the throat, until its gone, so its getting spark. Any other ideas? Any help is appreciated.......
