You don't have OBDII but OBDStupid or technically OBDI.

On our '93 it is under the hood on the passenger side between the strut tower and the wiper motor. The plastic cover on it says DIAGNOSIS.

As far as I know, Toyota didn't make any '93s as OBDII conforming. They were all OBDI. '95 5S-FEs were all OBDI also.
