cheapest 383 shortblock

yeah im browsing around different areas of the internet currently searching for a cheap 383 shortblock. does anyone here know of some particularly inexpensive online engine builders? i have been looking into M&R engines, but that shortblock is kinda expensive for not having a cam included... any ideas?

I believe the cheapest way around it is a stroker with 400 crank,the block iwll need some work for the crank throws to clear.

yeah i have a 350 4 bolt shortblock laying around that i need to rebuild, however, i have already ordered the 383 from a shop in california and it is about 2k total including shipping and the exact camshaft i wanted put in it. it is also torque plate honed
