I raced a type R!

Well i am against street racing but man i was under alot of pressure! Anyways some of my friends teams called "team Showspec" invited me and my other friend with a 92 hatchie b16 powered to go race. I was suppose to race a modified v6 mustang but he didn't show up. SO i ended up racing a yellow type r with basic bolt ons. Well i messed up on the first 2 race cause the ground was full of dirt from a near by construction. So we went up a lil more and the ground was alrite. So i took off on him! Guess where i dumped it at? 2500!!! IT was a perfect launch and i had him the whole way then at 3rd gear i hit he rev limiter by accident then he started to pull on me. Just remember i have no bolt ons and he does. HE comes up with some stupid excuse sayin he has alot of shit in the trunk like car parts My friend looked in his trunk and it was a box of oil LOL. I told him so do i and i have a bad clutch hehehe. Just thought u guys like to know.

Good kill...I'm as much against street racing as everyone here, but like you said...if under pressure, i'd give in

good shit!!! You probably took him cause even with nothing in either car, your hatch is still lighter. I have taken a 96 Civic EX coupe (stock, with a pepboys tip) before, and he tried to make up some shit and i was like

i don't promote street racing either but, oh well, shit happens. good kill! i used to tell a friend with a 97 civic turbo ls/vtec...you car might be newer, your car might have a built monster...BUT, my car will forever be lighter and i can fit the same swap...

the only b series powered car you don't have an advantage over...is another b series 4th gen

Yeah, but I cant stand that shit, cause the guy was egging on me for like a month before this.

Another race is where my friend who has a 95 civic LX auto was always talking all this shit about how tight it was, its stock, with the filter off the airbox so it will sound cool (and so he will suck dust into the engine ) So anyway, one day I am next to him at a light in my moms 91 EX M/T accord, and he revs, so i rev and we go, I had him right from the get go, and finshed about 3 car legnths ahead, i then threw on the hazards and slowed down cause there was another light.

Next day at school hes telling people that the only reason I won is because he forgot to neutral drop it what a dumbass.

One time I raced vs a 91 CRX SI (stock M/T) and I got beaten. Did I try to make up any bullshit excuses, no. Cause he won fair and square. People were bagging on me the next day and I was like, yeah he won, thats it.

While we are on the subject of street racing, who thinks I can beat a 97 Prelude S, (A/T, AEM CAI) Cause I doubt it but the guys kind of a shitty driver so maybe.
