Changing rear rotors/pads 00 Trooper 3.5
Hey
Anyone out there done a rear brake job (changed rotors & pads) on a Trooper? If so, can someone offer some sort of write up? Shop wants to charge $400+ to do the job. Rather do it myself if I can. Thanks, Angelo |

Re: Changing rear rotors/pads 00 Trooper 3.5
Many years ago I replaced my parking brake cables on the 93 Isuzu pick up truck. It was hooked to the rear brake shoes. This is not that hard. I belive that Haynes has a fairly good write up on this. Just make sure you do one wheel at a time: if you misplace the parts or get confused, you will always be able to see how it suppose to be in the first place.
I think that 400 dollars is very expensive. If you cannot do it yourself, why do not you shop around? That kind of work can be handled by a regular garge without any probems. Good luck! Sam
