Shaking and lack of acceleration

Ok, here's my car in a nutshell: 93 GA SE, 3300, automatic.

Lately, I've been having some trouble with it when I start it. Because I usually have to back out of my parking area, I'm not 100% sure if this has happened if I start the car and put it into drive, but I can say that for sure that most of the time when I'm backing out, the car will start shaking. Like serious moving me in my seat shaking. This is combined with the fact that the car won't go over 10km/hr even if I have my foot to the floor. I will back out of my spot super slowly and shaking, and then put it into drive, and the shaking and 10 speed limit will continue for about a minute or two when all of a sudden the shaking stops and the speed kicks in.

That is a terrible description, and I'm really sorry for that lol. I have no idea how else to describe it and have a very limited knowledge of cars, so that's about all I can say.

sounds like a partially clogged catalytic converter. Others might have other suggestion.

Its a 3300 what do you expect? They are junk

change all the spark plugs and boots! buy them new!
