VA state inspection???
Hey guys just moved to VA and I need to register and inspect my car down here. I have read online that there is a yearly safety inspection, and a emissions inspection every 2 years? Is this info correct? Also how strict are these compared to NY where i'm from? Up there it was just safety and emmisions on vehicles '96 and newer so I have no idea how i'll fair in an emissions test. I've heard that NY is right up there with CA so I should probly be good except I always went to places I knew I would pass.
My car is all stock so no worries there, its just old and getting worn out haha. If anyone could explain what I should check up on to make sure she doesn't flop her inspection it would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone knows any places that are a little leniant around the woodbridge/ northern virginia area feel free to let me know. Thanks in advance!
