High cost for repairs?

I'm looking at this 93 deville sedan and haven been told that the repairs are very expensive and not worth buying, also the car has about 125,000 miles and everything(exterior, interior wise) looks like its in great condition, any input would be great, thanks.

Re: High cost for repairs?

The repairs are very expensive unless you do them yourself. The Caddies excel in terms of ride quality and interior and exterior fit and finish. Other than that, expect reliability no better or worse than any other GM car of similar vintage.

Re: High cost for repairs?

A '93 Deville with the 4.9 Liter engine is one of the most reliable cars Cadillac has ever made. If it was well taken care of! As with any car, lack of care can mean big repairs. I have a 1994 Deville with 132k miles and it runs great! I've put very little into the car for repairs in the year and a half I've owned it.

Re: High cost for repairs?

Brakes, a tune-up. I also replaced the shocks and struts.
