Unhappy Car Lighter not working, is it a fuse?

I had a ipod charger plugged into my Aztek's car lighter, when I pulled it out, the charger was broken, and a piece was stuck in the car lighter. When I tried to pull out this piece, there was a big spark and then everything stopped working, my laptop, my ipod charger, and the car lighter!!! I called the pontiac dealership, they wouldn't help you unless you pay $50 for diagnosis. I was never given a manual with the car purchase, and there are so many fuses to go through. Can somebody please tell me if this may be a fuse problem or do I need to have it checked out, also if you have a copy of the fuse box manual, I would appreciately it so much if you can email me a copy @ [email protected]. Thanx, HELP PLEASE!!!

You should have mail. It should be fuse #32 in underhood fuse box.
