Squelling Noise?

My mazada 626 just had the AC/alternator drive belt changed and it has been making a squelling noise ever since. It will only squeal when i start then car and then after it starts to warm up it will stop. I have used belt dressing and tried to tighten or loosen it to make it stop but nothing is working. Any sugestions would be greatly apreciated.
