I just put a B16a Sir2 into my 97 ex 4 door and i dont think im getting the full 150 hp to the wheels im pulling an ecu check code its # 9 CYP sensor could this be the problem. When the light is on my car runs terrible and i turn on the a/c my car boggs big time on take off and after
take off i should have 170 or 168 to my fly wheel and i dont think im getting even 100 do u think this sensor could be the problem If it is how can i go about trouble shooting it I APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET THANKS GUYS

Most likely thats whats causing it. The ECU is in limp mode, because it does not know where the piston is at, in the No. 1 Cylinder. Which it uses as the base, for the Sequential Injection.

that could also mean that the engine is horribly out of time. Check your crank/camshaft timing as well as your ignition tming and it should make the problem go away. If not, you may have to replace the distributor as the CPS is located inside the distributor.
