removing the headrest
I just got a 97 sunfire, and I can't get the damn headrest off to remove the seatbelt holder and put a seat cover on. Any help would be great.

Re: removing the headrest
There is a little retaining clip [almost in the shape of a U] toward the front of the rods. just get a regular screwdriver and go diving for it. it pops foward

Re: removing the headrest
Buy racing seats - Not only do 99.9% of the seat covers out there end up looking like complete crap, it's also VERY tacky, cheesy, and down right lame. You'll probly also lose peoples respect too.

The brackets i found were $200 a piece or something like that. Mad my custom ones, for less than $20
