cant get an LS1 and l gotta get new Stang GT!

hi guys,

l have been trying to get an LS1 trans am and yesterday l wanted to apply for credit but l have no credit history in the USA and l asked my wife to co-sign for me but she wont do it! she did once with my formula and we had a lot of problems and she is scared anymore and she says she can help on a brand new stang GT. she is working for ford motor co. and she gets discount (A-PLAN).

my question is, what is the difference between saleen and regular gt? how about the engines? and how aboout the price.. and also which color do you suggest? l am thinking of black exterior and red interior.

Why a mustang man>? You are leaving the firebird family
the brand new mustangs r very expensive by the way. Saleen is even more expensive. Gt doesnt have a supercharger but saleen is supercharged and only a few are made.

haha no hate guys no hate, stangs are pretty fast nowdays.. get the best stang you can get, if you really want to enjoy it. ive had nice races with stang owners so i got no hate

whats with this man! you cant just switch from GM to Ford....go home....haha nah i got some buddies with 3 stangs one saleen motor (Auto), Cobra (SVT) (Auto), and a GT (5spd). GT's the loudest mostly cause it has full exhaust.

Even if you can get a Saleen I doubt you can get a discount on them. I like what they have done with the looks of the new mustang, way to bring back the look of the 69's, just wish GM would come up with a better design for new Camaro! You know like Chrysler did with the Challenger Concept!

The mustang is a good looking car, as long as you don't have to be fastest on the block its great, oh and sell it before you have to work on it! Have you considered getting GTO? There looks are starting to come around since they put the hood scoops on them! No matter what you buy KEEP IT AMERICAN! After suggesting a GTO im sure i'm going to get some heat over this one though! Oh well, life goes on.

^ i believe i saw the same artical, and yes, it was the new GT500. That thing is kick @SS!

but in the car and driver comparison, the new gt500 got beat in all the acceleration and speed tests by a regular 400hp corvette. Ford could have done a lot better with that car in my opinion.

a mustang is not really a sports car..its like a sports sedan, almost. sports coupe?

It has over 500hp! Its not evemn comparable to a vette. a vette is a sports car, a stang is a muscle car.

No hate here, Congrats. I have owned Stangs before and plan to own one again and I would much rather see a Firebird owner switch to another domestic muscle car than to a FWD import not that I would really make a issue out of it regardless. Anyway, like was said this will probably be addressed better in the mustang forum though.
