Question Need some info on lifting my 01 4x4

I have a 2001 5.9l 4x4. with the offroad package. automatic
I want to be able to fit some 38 or larger super swampers on it.
How much of a lift will I need to get? Body or suspension lift or a little of both? It has the offroad package on it so it has about a 1 inch or so lift already. Any websites with good wheel prices or lift kits?

I would check out www.jcwhitney.com or www.4wheelparts.com. 4wheelparts has prices for tires as well.
