Question need wiring help

If anyone knows how to get a 5 gauge wire from the battery to the inside of the cabin. I cannot find any existing hole to go from the engine compartment to the cabin.

Re: need wiring help

Drill a new hole in the firewall... be sure there are no other obstructions and or components in the way. Stop at your auto supply and pick up a suitable sized rubber Grommet.. this will line the circumference of the hole protecting your wire.

What are you adding??

Cheers

Re: need wiring help

I know on the 2nd generations, probably 1rst gen too, you could get it through the grommet above the brake pedal, otherwise drilling through the firewall is the way to go.
