Smile ACME July 2006 meeting photos.

Yesterday was ACME's (Atlanta Car Modeling Enthusiasts) monthly meeting. We had a huge turnout, and some really fantastic cars were brought out.

We are working on a group project for our show in November, recreating the field of 15 1973 IROC Porsches. Many are completed, and many are almost complete.

2 1/12 scale builds together.

Old Skool Nascar

Custom Leadsleds

And much more! See all the pics here.

Great stuff! Personally favourite is the XJR-9LM. By the way, what scale is that Audi TT? Thanks.

I think the TT is 1/32'd scale.
The Silk Cut Jag was 1/18th, and by Exoto i believe. It was very nice, and had full details, wires, CF, photo-etch.

The TT is a Kyosho; they're some odd 1/27-ish scale for some reason only they could explain As in "so close, but so far"...
