Re: Your best kill

I 'had' an 84' fiero with jusy about every engine/performance mod you can think of. Killed an 86' corvette with some in town 0-60's. sucky think about the Fiero though was the stall convertor wouldn't funtcion properly so after 60 mph, my rpm would sky rocket and the vette' would fly passed me.

will post pics of my Fiero later..time for work now XD

Re: Your best kill

Boss at work's 02' Stratus. SE i think. V6 2.7 ltr, CAI and dual exhaust. Smoked him by the time i was shifting outta 2nd. I have a 94 Prelude Si. NO MODS. The 1st run he claimed he lost due to his sport shifter, so we ran again this time he was in straight auto. Both times he lost. Now he wants me to race his Honda CBR. WTF is he mad?? Bike vs. my Lude. He claims now hes gonna get a 95 Impala with the bigger engine (L S or something) to race. Now thats a race i know i'll get beat!!....

Re: Your best kill

I can add another to my kill list.
I raced a Honda Civic, mid 90's I believe.
I pulled up next to this civic, and it was a girl driving, she kept pulling closer to the line acting like she wanted to race, so naturally, i pulled up and revved my engine, she looked at me, i looked at her, and we took off.
I smoked her off the line, and up to the next light.
I was so psyched that I won.

Re: Your best kill

05 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE-R vs. my 96 VTEC lude. I was stopped at a light and he pulls up next to me. He and his girlfriend were talking loudly and laughing to each other - nothing wrong with that except I was in a shitty mood because traffic was bad. I take off normally and he punches it and gets about a car length on me. I sort of knew he was going to go (sometimes I can just tell) so I punched it right after him. I pulled slowly on him and by the top of 2nd gear we were door to door. Third gear we're still door to door but I started to slowly pull...I got about 1/4 car on him at the top of 3rd gear when we had to shut down because we were approaching traffic. Not a violently murdurous kill but a kill none the less.

When we stopped at the next light I look over at him and he and his GF are throwing me dirty looks. WTF? He went first and I just did what he did - punched it. I didn't want to start any shit so I smiled and said "Not bad" (meaning his car). His GF looked over at him and goes "he said 'not bad'". Then he looks past his GF at me and says "you too" but he still had a mad look on his face. Then he asked if I was turboed or blown and I say "Nope, completely stock"...then he asked if I had a v6 ..."nope, stock, 4 cylinder..." which is kind a lie since I've got some bolt-ons (pulleys, clutch kit, flywheel and CAI) but a stock exhaust. Until that point I thought he was a 2.5, but when traffic started to move he pulled ahead and I saw 3.5 SE-R on his trunk.

I also killed a pigeon on the way home from work last week. F*ing thing wouldn't fly away, just kept walking around in front of my car...I thought he'd fly away but then I hear a "CRUNCH" from under my car.....

Re: Your best kill

Nice man, sounded like you had fun smoking his 3.5.
Theres this mustang GT that keeps tourmenting me around this high school when im near, and that thing sounds mean as hell. I wanna race him, but i know he would blow me out of the water. Cant wait to drop a new engine into my car...so I can waste his ass.

Re: Your best kill

Well I haven't had many since I just got my 'lude a couple weeks ago. But ive won a couple

When I got my prelude, I got it cause my old car (71 Cutlass) died, and I used to hate ricers with a passion. Because alot of the kids who drive em are stupid douchebags that dont know shit about what they're driving because their mommies bought the car for them

So one day I was driving home from a jam sesh with my band and I pulled along side of a 3000gt. The guy driving it was a total asshat, popped collar, shades, gelled up hair.

He looked at me, I looked back and we both nodded.

Man by the time I shifted into 3rd I was 2 car lengths ahead of him. That mitsubishi must have been a total POS cause I have a stock 2.2 S engine in the lude.

It felt nice to wave bye to him out of my sunroof though.

Re: Your best kill

Last weekend before i traded in the Prelude I ran against all my friends. I beat a new Cobalt SS(no supercharger), 94 Jetta, some 4 door Saturn thing, and a red lancer oz rally with a turbonetics turbo kit. Lost to a 240 sx with a SR20DET swap. Miss the prelude, but i'm getting used to my civic.
