Exclamation 94 Cutlas Cierra "S"/New fuel problem, running rough.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for all of your help so far in getting my car back running. I put another new fuel pump in it and it now runs. The gage I bought must not work because my car will run and drive fine most of the time know, even though the gage still reads zero psi at the rail.
The problem I am having know is starting the car. Before all of this fuel pump mess my car would crank right up.If you just looked at it wrong it would crank. No problem.Know when I go to start my car I have to turn the key a few times and pat the pedal to get it to start. When it does start it runs rough until it warms up and then I am good to go.Yesterday the car stalled a few times while driving down the road.It completly died.Started right up and I was on my way.Thinking my fuel gage may be reading wrong I capped it off with fuel and havnt had the stalling problem since.Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance.Duh,by the way it is a 94 3.1 v6 with everything except the fuel regulator replaced on it.Sensors excluded. Thanks guys....Marshall
