Alright ya'll one of my stock springs busted on me. I hadnt even thought it possible without noticable degredation of ride quality before hand... but yeah all of a sudden I am going around a turn and SNAP!!!! there goes my front passenger side. Tore the hell outta almost everything! I am soo pissed!
Anyway yeah I need a new set of springs now... along with a new arm and strut and blah blah blah... but this is what I am looking for. A set of springs that are under $200 that are not harsh (close to OEM ride) and still have enough ground clearance to get into my driveway. A buddy of mine has a stock camaro and he tends to scrape just to give you an idea of the slant there. I am thinking about Neuspeed Sof Sport springs or Eibach's. I can get them for roughly the same price ($180). The Neuspeeds are supposed to drop only .75 inches while the Eibachs are a 1.6 drop. So after I fix all the damage that freaking spring did... what do you think the replacement should be? I am going to be slapping some KYB AGX shox in there if that helps. thanx ya'll |
