2002 Mustang srs Stalling While Idling (It's an Automatic!)

2002 Mustang srs 6 cylinder automatic

I've had the car for nearly a year with absolutely no problems and then about two months ago it starts shifting oddly and sqeaking... I had the transmission looked at - no problem, the alternator checked - perfect, and bought a new idle pulley (didn't even put it in and then sqeaking has stopped).
The best part is now there's a pressure on the gas peddle and it will stall (turn completely off... check engine and low fuel lights come on. It will start right back up in park or neutral) while waiting in traffic, in the middle of an intersection, at a stop sign, and pulling into my driveway.
We had the computer checked to see what caused it and it doesn't even have a record of the light coming on.
The shifting is now more consistantly correct, but the stalling has increased.

If anyone could give me a hand with this, that would be amazing.
