Braided Line A/N Fittings... Help needed on DM sizes..
I need some A/N braided hose fittings, for a Mercedes CLK GTR I’m currently working on. I’ve got Modelers 0.6 / 0.9 and 1.4 mm hoses, as I’m using various mm to try and simulate the real thing. Detail master sell nice ones, but I’ve no idea what sizes they are, and what I need.
I need some that will come from a compression unit mounted to the rear firewall, there will also be a few coolant hoses running along the floor, and in the front there are at least four braided lines running from the looks of it, oil and cooler reservoirs. I could simply stick the cable through the holes I’ve made, but it would look cleaner and more professional with the fittings at the ends. What do I need to order? I’m getting lost and confused in a sea of fittings here. I’ve already got some Sakatsu Hex flanges, so the hex used to tighten them (simulated of cause, I’ll glue them) isn’t a problem, I just need the fittings to complete this. Any help please… Detail master doesn’t provide sizes, just numbers, is there a size to this, or am I to just guess? http://detailmaster.com/Merchant2/me...DM-Fittings-BL |

Re: Braided Line A/N Fittings... Help needed on DM sizes..
There was a thread here not too long ago which listed the gauge sizes DM uses with the corresponding size it measures at.
