Will an engine from an 95 automatic work in a 5 spd non turbo?

I just bought an engine from a wreaker for my girlfriend's 95 5 spd non turbo, but found out that it's from an automatic. Does anyone know if this will work for us? Is the bolt pattern different on the crank? Thanks.

If the donor car was a 95+ NT and the car its going in is a 95+ NT it should work just fine.

Do you happen to know if both the 5spd and automatic engines both had an 8 bolt crank?
How about speed sensors, reverse lights ect. Or is that already on the 5spd already in the car?

Both the engines are exactly the same. You might have to swap over the flywheels, but that's it. Actually, if you were wondering any engine from either a manual or auto Dodge Avenger 95-98, Eagle Talon ESI 95-98 and Eclipse RS/GS 95-99 will bolt right up.

Speed sensor and reverse lights have nothing to do with the engine. I'm not sure what you're asking here.

She's an 8 bolt on the fly wheel. I had a look in my Haynes manual, and didn't find any differences yet. It would be a real shame if this motor that we found, intact in a vehicle that had only 105,000 km and in prestine condition (no oil leaks and possibly a rebuilt head), ended up not working for our 5 spd.
