best bet to get is a new engine swap. you can get a B20Z engine for only $800 and any b-series transmission for about $500-$600. the engine you have right now isn't that great to work on.

I wanted to switch motors in my 95 honda civic, so it would only be 800 for the engine + how much 4 labour? and would that engine u mentioned be able to hold nos, etc.?

you can get the motor at hondamotorsonline.com. they are a great place to buy from. as for labor, it really depends on the place. some cost more than other.

the engine is basically an LS engine but honda bored the engine out to 2.0. depending on the tuning, the engine will hold up to nos, turbo, supercharger, etc. i've turbo this engine to run 12psi on a friends's car. a lot of good low end torque for city driving too!

i highly recommend you contact hondamotorsonline. the owner is very helpful.
