2000 Ford zx2
My service eng soon light came on, had it checked and it is the transmission speed control sensor. I purchased a new one at the local parts store but my problem is: Where the heck is it located? I am sure it is a simple thing to change, but being almost 80 years old, I am limited to getting under cars. My son was going to change it for me, but said he can't find where the darn thing goes. Help!! Thanks, Mel

Thanks for the reply. I finally had to hire a mobile mechanic to come and put it in. He did it from the top by removing the air cleaner hose and reaching down behind. He couldn't see it at all, just did it by feel. Apparently he has replaced dozens of them he said. Thanks again, Mel
