Help Car Problem PLEASE

Hi guys im new here and hoping you guys can help


This is the problem.
I have a 2000 Ford Focus Zx3 and it drives fine when im driving with one or 2 people. The second i have a passanger in the back seat who sits on the right or left hand side the car feels like its losing control. Kind of like if i was driving with a flat tire. Please help i want to get the problem fixed but i dont know what it is.

take it to an alignment shop
