Sold the Ill-Eagle Talon!

Hey guys... I sold the Talon (fwd) today for $4500... wow, I've never had so much cash in my hands in my entire life. Now I can finally begin work on the 90 GSX! $4500 minus a tranny rebuild should turn my stock 1g into quite a hell-raiser... woot woot!

2G > 1g. Just my opinion.

Re: Sold the Ill-Eagle Talon!

If all your worried about is going fast that 90 GSX is better than a 2G. It already has a 6-bolt.

Re: Sold the Ill-Eagle Talon!

But you could put that 6-bolt in the 2g and go fast and look extremely sexy. I'm sticking to my opinion....2G > 1G.

Re: Sold the Ill-Eagle Talon!

Agreed that the 2g is sexier, but the sell was based on awd>fwd.

Re: Sold the Ill-Eagle Talon!

I own a 2G awd, but looking back I wish I would have bought a 1G 92 eagle talon awd. I have over $13,000 in my GSX including my loan on it. I could of had a 10 second(or close to it) 1G DSM for that money. Admitedly when I bought the car I wanted it over the 1G for the looks, but the 1G's have really grown on me in the past year and a half.

Re: Sold the Ill-Eagle Talon!

I really ike the 1ga's, almost as much as 2g's, thats probably why i'll never actually sell my talon.
