Rotor/drum removal (E-brake shoe disengage) '01 Montero

'01 Montero rotor/drum removal (E-brake shoe disengage)

I have an ’01 Montero and I need to remove the rear drum/rotors however I don’t know how to disengage the E-brake shoes so that I can remove the rear drums.
I already tried the BFH method with no success...
Any help would be appreciated...
