I think all the 1g 2.0 throttle bodys are the same size (60mm) versus the 2g throttle body (54mm)

the N/A 2.0l 1g's have a 62mm lip that eliminates the need for a throttle body elbow. You just stick a 90deg 4ply coupler on their and stick it to your UICP. The N/A do require you to chage out the seal inside the TB. It's explained in the Vfaq

Yes, the NT TB is the same throttle bore size as the turbo model. I measued them both. But the elimination of the TB elbow is nice if you are running 3" pipes. I found one inch of 2 ply 2.75" coupler makes the perfect spacer to fit up a 3" coupler. The seals do need to be swapped.

Re: 2.0 4g63 throttle bodys

Correct me if I am wrong, but didnt NT 1g's come with 390cc injectors instead of 450's?

Re: 2.0 4g63 throttle bodys

The turbo ATs had 390s, I know that. I'd be surprised if the NTs injectors were that big, but I can't say for sure, no experience with those cars.

Me too.. The throttle plate it self is 60mm, but the lip expands out to 62-63mm..
