cold air intake

i have a 1992 g20 i already put on a jwt pop charger. now i am intrested in putting on a cold air intake. i was wondering if the hot shot goes all the way to my manifold because it sits below the engine(i think it is the high port intake manifold). or does the hot shot connect at the maf. will you be able to use the aem air bypass valve with the hot shot intake. any help will be appreciated.

Not positive about the 92, you can make a call to HotShot and ask them. Would be the quickest way (and correct answer)

Pretty sure it goes to the intake mani. though.

You can fit the AEM BPV. You need the 3" one as this is the size of the HS piping. Mount it close to the MAF, do NOT put it near the filter...

And don't forget to mount it before the MAF - otherwise when the BPV opens, it will introduce unmetered air and thus your engine will run dangerously lean.
