please help make desicion

whats up every one,

i was trhinking about getting a suv.and i have a chance to get a 1994 ford explorer xlt.auto v6.it has a 109k on it and owner says it runs like new.there is no rust oin it or anything paint is in good cond.under body if like new with no rot or rust.carfax checked out. new lines, dryer, and compressor. Susepension and ball joint service is up to date. New 4wd motor installed,new rocker panels.and i offered $2100 to see if he would accept and he said yes.so i was wondering if its worth the $2100 or should i pass the deal.and are they decnt on gas.and are they good trucks or should i expect alot of problems lookin for a reliable one
