pleaze help!!!

i have a 91 camaro v8 rs, i dont no what was wrong with the first owner but he pulled the oil dipstick and tube out of the motor,i cant find where the oil dipstick an tube go so if you can help that would be great.thanks/ ps,i know it sounds stupid but i really cant find where it goes

right side (passenger) right by cyl 6 I believe, you'll see the hole, thebung for it is cast in right above the base of the block.

Jack up the car and get under on the passenger side. Stick your hand up between the starter and the frame. Right above the starter there is a small hole, and the dipstick slides in there. Sometimes it takes a little muscle to get it in, just be careful and take it slow. If not, use a hammer.
