95 chevy 4.3 283 conversion tranny options any suggestions

ok heres the deal i picked up a 95 chevy stepside with a 4.3 stick. i like the idea of having a stickshift but im gettin into it and running into some dead ends i have a 4 speed muncie and a turbo 350 but the problem is i need a hydralic bellhousing for the muncie or i have 2 rip all the hydrlic stuff out and go oldschool with it all i guess my question is what woud you prefer a turbo 350 with a stage 3 shift kit and a 3500 stall or stick with the 4 speed muncie
