Talking 1991 Caprice * MY NEW PROJECT *

I just got the caprice today and im giong to start the construction on it asap. I am going to start cleaning it out and then move on to run new brake lines so that i can actually get it moveing because from what i have heard from the owner he told me that it runs fines fine and it starts right up so as long as i can move it then im good. Then im going to do a full tune up to it which includes ( Oil change, Tranny Fluid/Filter Changed, New spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap/rotor) and if there is anything else that i should prob check someone please let me know , this is my first project car and i dont know much about working on them "MECHANICLY" so if there is anything else that would be a big help.

After all that then i will start putting parts to make it run better as in a new exhaust system ( Just dont knwo what kind yet HELP?) also going to possibly get a Cold Air Intake of some kind and maybe even a chip later on ? who knows but im going to mk sure that i do this right and mk it run good first then the Cosmetic work is starts up ( Body work , paint work ect )

We'll please let me know so that i dont F*** anything up.

Thanks

THE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS........ WISH ME LUCK
