just got a 99 s10 blazer 4 door 4 wheel drive ls
my question is how do i find out if it has keyless entry and if it dose how do i program a new key fob

You might get your dealer to run your vin no.
Owners manual should have the instructions on program.

You can also do a search is this forum for keyless entry. There is a list of codes on the inside of your glove box. There is a certain 3 digit code (but i can't remember what the code is) that will be there if your blazer is equipted with keyless entry. If it is equipted, you can also do a search for programing instructions. All the information is already here, you just have to do a little searching.

Call with the last 8 digits of the VIN and all 99 up had the keyless. Your FOB (remote) should have code (most common) on back:
GM/UTA 15732805
FCC ID: KOBUTIBT
As above the programming is simple and eBay sells these for about $15 - but call to ensure the correct FOB.
