Hi, Worst case senario is a frozen wheel bearing, BUT mostlikely is a brake problem IE, A frozen caliper and or parking brake cable,,The only way to find out is get the wheel off to inspect the above mentioned parts,,,GOOD LUCK...Clay..

All of the pre98 SE's had them for sure. After 98, things got a little goofy but yes, some non svts did receive 4 wheel discs.

well shit I might as well go back and get the rear discs off the SE I got my lip spoiler off of, it had stealies on it so I never looked at the brakes.
instead of paying out the ass for svt rear brakes.
