Favourite brand

To prevent my anti-Autoart thread from going too off topic I have started this thread

So What is your favourite brand of model maker's (Not kit makers)

Mine is UT models, I bought a 1:18 scale BMW 328i last year and I love it !!!!!! It is perfectley detailed and has no ever gone wrong once (Except when it fell off my shelf and onto my hardwood floor during and Earthquake) But I painted the damaged front and it was like new again.

Look forward to hearing your answers

I only have one. A Maisto McLaren F1. I am not complaining but it could have probably been better. There are no brakes. And the rear F1 emblem by the taillight is barely staying on.

Kyosho are pretty good! If I see one of those for sale I usually show interest!

Kyosho great but very expensive! 70 CAD for Mazda RX7 stopped me
and I bought Tamiya 1:24 kit instead
That's the way I get started in this hobby
UT produces great models in 1:18
my big scale cars:
Porsche Boxter, UT 1/18
Porsche 911GT2, UT 1/18
Porsche 993, Burago 1/18
Alpine A110 1/16 Burago (die-cast kit with decals)
A110 was great rally car and Tamiya have it's road version in 1/24

I'm not going to recall them all but I will try.

As for my favorite, well, I have a few. But the two top ones would be Maisto and now AutoArt.

As for cars, as my mate Primera Man said, I have 104 cars with 4 more on order. I also just arranged for my Christmas present, 2 cars from my girlfriend. Plus a friend of mine is also getting me one. So 7 more cars to come soon. I will be taking pics and stuff since I got my new wall unit and have placed them up. I unfortunately have a minor set back. The camera that I was going to use to take the pics is well, busted. So now I am looking into purchasing a new digital camera since I hear a lot of good things about them. I'll keep ya posted.
