whats up with the veilside supra?

i looked at the HLJ website again today...and came across the Aoshima Veilside supra kit....are they really this ugly?

I also don't know why people like Veilside's products, most of it is waaaay to flashy.

You're looking at hand-carved presentation models. Some sculptors do better-than-kit job, some don't.

I think the newer Forune kit looks waaaaaay nice.





The bodykit in question does look much nicer than the model kit

phew...i was like 'wow that cant be the model which is in the box!'....thank god they are the handcrafted ones lol....the ganador mirrors look like they were taken from a 1/18 model!

and thanks ilovecaprice....they dont look as bad as the handcrafted ones... to bad its a 1/25...do you really notice the difference of a 1/25 if you set it next to the 1/24 supra?

much better than handcrafted one. a little bit bigger? but shape is pretty good.
oh, sorry I don't have 1/24 Supra. body is about 17.7cm long and body height is about 4.5cm.

Phew!! Pictures of the production kit looks way better than those on HLJ. Still a shame that it is 1/25th scale, as it does not fit in with my collection
