WIP: Delahaye 135

Delahaye 135 from Heller

I bought this kit a few days ago, it seems like a good kit, it has 160 parts and the fit seems okay so far, that is the engine block (not finished yet).
I really need some help though, I've done some projects before, but this kit has presented one big problem and that is that there is very little reference for the interior and engine, or indeed for the whole car. If you can help me with reference either post pic here or PM me with a website. Also can someone help me with engine wiring and plumbing, I've looked at one or two tutorials, but they are for fairly modern cars, and the engine on this seems a bit different.
Enough chat, here are some progress pics.

The engine

and again

If anyone can help please get in touch, i've done 5 or 6 projects before, but would like to take my models to the next level.

there's some pictures for you, as for the engine, look for some inline sixes on gogle and go off of that, I'm not familiar with Delehayes, so I'm probobly not much help.
Good Luck

Re: Delahaye 135

Good luck with the project - I will be following its with great interest, as I have this kit in my to build pile!

IMHO the Heller kits of this era are great - nicely detailed and wonderful subject matter

Re: Delahaye 135

Thanks for the tips and support, I have made some progress, the front seats of the interior and the steering wheel were painted while i do some thinking about how exactly I plan to wire my engine.

The Interior

The Steering wheel

The biggest problem with the kit for me is the lack of raised bits on the interior floor to guide were to put the seats and so on, but on the other hand it keeps the interior nice and clean.
Sorry abou pic quality, i will upload some better ones soon...
