like honda oil filter made by fram. What about mitsubishi ??

Sure the hell not made by frame i can tell you that much. I have cut a frame filter apart and they are cardboard and glued!!! thats right glued!! The mitsu filter i cut apart is totally different.

I don't know who makes the Mitsu one but if you're looking for a filter Napa's are made by wix and are very good and not too expensive.
