Where have you looked? There are dozens of online shores selling them, all the usual suspects should carry one type or another.

Whaaaat, visit scalewiki and read the FAQ, why I've never heard of that before. How does that work Ray. Maybe we need a tutorial on how to use these tools.

Funny, I just learned about this whole "wiki" thing last week...and I considered myself internet savvy!
Detailmaster makes some cool photoetched racing harneses with buckles/latches etc. Should be available at any hobby shop. For the actual belt material I've seen people use different kinds of ribbon from arts/crafts stores...

Re: where to get/make seatbelts/buckles?

Not trying to spam, but i've used a pair of Acustion racing harnesses to good results on my GT-R at my shop. We have a couple left if you need them.

Here is the quick link to the 1/24 version

Re: where to get/make seatbelts/buckles?

I like the Scale Motorsport ones a lot. But, while one package is two harnasses, they are two different harnasses, so if you are doing a tuner, the two seats won't match unless you get two packages and get the two like harnasses out of each. But you can do two cars, then, so it's not so bad.

Also, I just got the NSX PE set from Tamiya, and it includes a really great material for seatbelts (I think?). Anyone know where I can get more of this colored vinyl material?

Re: where to get/make seatbelts/buckles?

I will release two PE sets of seatbelt for general use this month after the end of my current business trip.
Each set includes 1 PE piece, belts of several color and the relative decals(or stickers).
