95 Gr Prix Automatic Gear Shift Sticks In Park
 HELP PLEASE MY 95 PONTIAC STICKS WHEN IN PARK BUT ONLY SOMETIMES. I APPLY THE BRAKE AND PUSH THE GEAR SHIFT IN AND IT WONT MOVE. IT DOES IT ONLY WHEN IT WANTS TO. COULD IT BE THE BRAKE SWITCH? IS IT IN THE GEAR SHIFTER IT SELF. PLEASE HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME THANK YOU KYM

Sounds like the sol. on the shifter. I believe it is called the shift interlock or something like that. Make sure the brake lights come on so the stoplight switch is operating. Then if you have power to the sol. then it is probably the culprit.
