Exclamation 745 I DRIVE- things you should know

After being very patient for the last 4 months the problems not ony continue but actually got worse.
The telephone issues where I can't get call waiting have not even been addressed by BMW. Their response- its the radio manufacturers problem! How about if there is a message waiting? No way to know from the I Drive either.
Rough idle- software issue; they will NOT authorize new spark plugs- software was supposed to fix it!
The navigation is a complete bust- voice only comes over the speakers in German;after you arrive at a destination- the voice says "make a u-turn" (when it waorked in English; now in German) and it randomally sends you somewhere that you have been before!
There are other problems but why waste time telling them. I already have over 9,000 miles and am getting use to NOT using the I Drive. Why get more frustrated?

Thanks for sharing. That does sound like a horror story.
