favourite/dreaded muscle/excercise

so, favourite muscles and excercises. when you go to the gym what ones do you look foreward to and what ones do you hate? what muscle/muscle group do you like the most?

for me it's got to be the legs, i love working them out. i just love going over to the squat rack, loading on a crapload of weight and lifting it, then walking over to the legpress machine and loading on even more weight and puching that.... although the loading part sucks, i have to scower the gym for plates, stealing them from all over the place, today i just raised my personal best, 300lbs on the squat, 4 sets of 8, 810lbs on the leg press (warm up with 450 for 10, up to 630 for 8, 720 for 8, 810 for 6-8, can't remember which).

i also like working my back, i usually get a nice pump going in my lats, traps, and shoulders, as well as my forearms strangely enough. plus it's my strongest part other than my legs. love the seated row, bench pulls, lat pull-downs, and deadlifts. i pretty much love anything where you can load on an assload of weight and lift it, i find that the best part of going to the gym.

as for my worst, i dont really have a least fav body part, but i hate the rowing machines. hate them with a passion, during the rowing off-season you have to do a bunch of cardio and since right now there really aren't any summer activities going on and there isn't enough snow/ice to do any winter sports (really crappy, i wanted to start cross country skiing this year, and skating on the canal right beside my school, it runs through the city and it's something like 7-8km) so i can pretty much only row on the ergometer (rowing machine), run, or bike.

Re: favourite/dreaded muscle/excercise

I havent worked out in years, but in high school I always loved working abs with the 10 pound medicine ball and a decline bench.

While I was training for powerlifting I got up to 300lbs squat once, my record for the leg press was an even grand 8 times.

Nothing I really hated. Im walking around my old weight room in my head and I cant remember anything I wouldnt do. Although I never really liked the neck machine...I guess I didnt really like repping on the bench, but I loved maxing out.

I want to get up to 1000lbs but i have to keep my weight down to get intothe lightweight weight class so i can't put on much, if any, muscle right now, although i have been getting much stronger and staying about the same weight.

Favorite: Shoulders and back. Military press, rows, raises, mmmmmm im gettin all hot and bothered just thinking about it.

Dreaded: Legs. This used to be my favorite muscle group to work out...until I started falling apart. After my patella got dislocated a few times and several torn ligaments and tendons I just dont really work out my legs much anymore. I dont know what it is but I just have bad legs. I have to run on trails, no hard surfaces for me.
