95 Chevy Silverado (Burning Gas)

It seems to me that my chevy is burning a lot of gas... Can someone tell some things that can be done besides the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor button...etc. The only thing I've done outside of those things is change the O2 sensor.

Have you noticed any changes in the way it has been running? What kind of fuel are you using? any Methanol or alcohol blends? How are the fuel injectors spraying? Have you noticed any excessive smoke or oil on your exhaust tip?

Nahhh..no excessive smoke or oil in the exhaust, no alcohol blends; injectors are spraying fine. I think i just get caught up in watching my fuel gauge. Everytime i stop, it fluctuates but i guess that's because of the gas moving in the tank....hell i don't know......i'm just assuming.
