97 Bravada, Can't remove rear wheel

any clue why we can't get this wheel off? We are trying to check the rear disk brakes before it goes to inspection on Tuesday and can't seem to get the wheel off. Also note, my Ebrake has not been holding, ie I can drive forward and in reverse while the E.brake is applied.

Thanks

Big hammer here or sledge, don't damage the wheel though ,it is corroded to the hub, from the rear of course, leave one lug on loose for safety.

you can also try losening the lug nuts, leave them on loosely and shift the car from drive to reverse with the engine running while on the ground to try to break it loose.
