Driver seat belt

On my 1993 Aerostar my drivers seat belt will come out on its own unless I really play with it to make sure it connects, I believe the problem is the buckle and I can get one for 62.00 US $ off the net, but what I need to know is the drivers side classified as the right or the left. Also does anyone know a Canadian site for parts. Thanks in advance..............drummond
